Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of perishable goods, including our natural dog treats and home-baked goods. If there is an issue with the product supplied, please contact us at sales@thehhab.co.uk within 7 days of receipt, and we will review the situation.
Additional non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us directly at sales@thehhab.co.uk for any issues.
Refunds
Once we receive your request regarding a faulty or incorrect item, we will inspect the issue and notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at sales@thehhab.co.uk and mail your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

To return your product, mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
